You supply the URLs. Paste a list, upload a .csv or .txt file, or pass URLs through the MCP. FormDrop does not find prospects. A normal account holds 1,000 URLs per campaign and 200 attempts per day. The MCP accepts at most 200 URLs on a normal account. Larger lists go through CSV import.
Choose a template or AI-written. A template stores your message. AI-written stores your instructions. You set your name, email, company and optional phone. Every campaign requires a confirmation that you're a legitimate business.
FormDrop opens the page, finds the contact form, and maps fields to name, email, company, phone, message, or skip. skip covers honeypots, hidden fields, and checkboxes it will not honor. A full send clicks submit. Detect only stops before submit and records form found or no form found. Lists over 1,000 URLs default to detect only. A full send over 500 URLs asks for a second confirmation.
Each row stores a status and a screenshot when one is captured. Statuses include queued, running, verified submission, needs review, form found, no form found, blocked, failed, and canceled. Screenshots are kept 30 days, then purged. Export writes a CSV of the current filter.
A verified submission means the submit was clicked, a screenshot was taken, no CAPTCHA and no bot wall were visible, and either the page showed thank-you text with no failure text, or the URL changed, the form was gone, and a confirmation was visible. A bare redirect is needs review and is never auto-upgraded.
If a CAPTCHA is still showing after the browser wait, FormDrop makes one automated solve attempt. If a bot wall or CAPTCHA is still showing at submit, the row is blocked and is not billed. Up to 5 forms at a time per campaign. Auto-pause triggers when 40 or more of the last 100 finished jobs are blocked.
